Your correspondent finds himself parked beside a C6, something that doesn’t normally happen.

FTO! I’ve never seen one IRL. Bringing back some gran truismo memories.

Reasonably Priced Car!
Well, hatchback version anyway.

Yes, that’s mine. The red car to the left of the C6 is an Alfa 147.

At eight years old, it probably would be.

I think this might be the largest group of Euro-exclusive cars I’ve ever seen in one casual picture.

Three cars I will probably never see, much less own.

I think not, surprisingly.
Let’s go through them:
FTO: essentially Japan only, a few were sort of unofficially imported elsewhere
Corsa: South America, South Africa, North Africa, Australia
Mégane: South America, Turkey
Suzuki something: Japan and elsewhere
VW Polo: Most of the world
Alfa 147: South America, Australia
Citroen C6: Australia

Point is, the US got precisely none of those.

Okay let me rephrase that.
I think this might be the largest group of european cars that never made their way to the US ever.

Thought you meant C6 ‘Vette, was disappointed.

Not me. Give me the choice and it’s the Citroen every time.

The next Citroen I see in Canada will be the first I’m pretty sure

What, not even a DS to be found?
